Team Member – The Tivoli, Cambridge
Fast-paced. Big personality. Lots going on. Never boring.
The Tivoli is not your average hospitality venue.
Across five floors, we bring together two street-food kitchens, four bars, two 9-hole indoor golf courses, a shuffleboard basement, private event and screening spaces, and a rooftop terrace overlooking Jesus Green.
We host everything from busy weekend services and big sporting moments to private parties, corporate events, celebrations and everything in between. No two shifts are quite the same - and that's exactly how we like it.
We're looking for Team Members who love being around people, thrive in a busy environment and genuinely care about giving customers an amazing experience.
If you're confident, outgoing, naturally friendly and bring plenty of personality to everything you do, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every shift.
Our service model is both floor and bar based, which means our Team Members are cross-trained across the venue. You'll learn how to bartend, take orders, serve tables and look after customers on the floor, giving you the skills and confidence to work wherever you're needed.
One minute you might be behind the bar making drinks, the next you could be running food, taking orders, chatting to a group celebrating a birthday or helping make sure a big sporting event goes off without a hitch.
You'll be right in the middle of the action, working as part of a large, fun and sociable team and playing a key role in making The Tivoli a place people want to come back to.
What you'll be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
