We're one of Cambridge's most exciting hospitality venues, spread across five unique floors with four lively bars, two street food kitchens, indoor golf, shuffleboard, private events and one of the city's best roof terraces overlooking Jesus Green. Whether it's a sunny afternoon, a packed Saturday night or a private party, there's always something happening.
We're looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our friendly, welcoming team. Whether you've worked in hospitality before or you're looking for your first role, we'll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.
At The Tivoli, no two shifts are the same. You could be serving cocktails at one of our bars, delivering great food, welcoming guests, helping run an event or making sure everyone has an amazing experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

What You'll Be Doing
- Giving every guest a warm welcome and delivering friendly, memorable service.
- Serving food and drinks with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Working as part of a supportive team to keep service running smoothly.
- Helping create the fun, energetic atmosphere that makes The Tivoli so special.
- Keeping the venue clean, tidy and ready for every service.
- Learning new skills across different areas of the business, from the bar to the restaurant and our event spaces.
What we're looking for
- A positive attitude and a friendly personality.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys working with people.
- The ability to stay calm and positive during busy services.
- A willingness to learn and get stuck in.
- Previous hospitality experience is great, but it's not essential as full training is provided.
