About the Role

Join the Daylesford Organic Brompton Cross team as a Café Team Member and be part of a beautiful, welcoming café serving a fresh, organic farm-to-fork menu. You’ll work alongside a supportive, friendly team who will provide full training in all aspects of service, ensuring you deliver an exceptional experience to every customer. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-led environment where quality, sustainability, and seasonal produce are at the heart of everything we do.

Salary: £12.94 per hour plus tronc (Weekly Pay)

Hours: Full time 32, including weekends

Your Role

  • Deliver exceptional, attentive service to every guest, ensuring a welcoming and memorable café experience.
  • Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks with care, maintaining consistency and quality at all times.
  • Take orders, prepare drinks, and support food service in line with Daylesford standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting café environment, including dining areas, counters, and service stations.
  • Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service, clear communication, and seamless coordination during busy periods.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene standards to maintain the highest quality and safety.
  • Learn and uphold Daylesford’s service standards, values, and attention to detail through ongoing training and development.
  • Support seasonal menu changes, promotions, and special events, helping to create a unique and engaging customer experience.

About You

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised and attentive to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Willingness to learn and follow Daylesford service standards and café procedures.
  • Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
  • A genuine interest in organic produce, sustainability, and the Daylesford ethos.
