Team Member CRF
Annesley Comp Rotor Facility Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Member CRF to join our team in Annesley.
The Role
The Role of a Team Member is to process product using various techniques, that require a time-served apprenticeship and experience of machining, inspection, and NDT, as set out by Technical instructions, Inspection Procedure cards, Engineering drawings, and specifications.

Key Accountabilities
- Carrying out machining, inspection, or NDT, inspection using various Inspection Techniques on a variety of Blades, Discs, Blisks, and Drums.
- Work closely with support functions.
- Ensuring safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining high levels of 5S, Housekeeping, and Asset care.

You must be able to work a shift pattern which can consist of regular days, 2 shifts, 3-shifts, or a 4-shift pattern depending on workload. Whilst most areas operate on a 3-shift basis, you have to be flexible to the business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship/ NVQ Level 3 as a minimum.
- Previous Inspection experience is preferred although full training will be given.
- Good Levels of numeracy and Literacy.
- Good eyesight.
- Being able to maintain Safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a Team.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
