Situated just steps from London St Pancras, our new 240-key Kabannas is designed for people who want more than just a room. We create spaces where people connect, stories unfold and community thrives. Hospitality here is human: warm, welcoming, playful and proudly real.
Our Food & Beverage space is the heart of Kabannas London - by day, we pour specialty coffee; by night, natural wines, paired with a small, carefully curated food menu. Think relaxed, social moments in the city, brought to life with weekly programming: live music, talks and intimate events where travellers, locals and teammates come together, connect and make something special.

Your Part in the Kabannas Story
As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be the face of Kabannas, bringing the energy, setting the vibe and making every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Whether you're pouring a coffee, serving a glass of wine or helping someone find their feet in the city, you'll bring a personal touch to every interaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, relaxed and attentive service across all Front of House areas
- Create genuine connections with guests and bring the Kabannas vibe to life
- Support the team in keeping service smooth, organised and efficient
- Handle guest questions and feedback with care and positivity
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
Who You Are
You’re all about people, creating great moments, bringing energy to the room and making everyone feel at home.
Ideally, you:
- Thrive on bringing people together and creating a welcoming, social atmosphere
- Are a team player who enjoys supporting the people around
- Have a passion for (or experience in) specialty coffee, natural wine or hospitality environment.
- Stay positive, calm and adaptable in a busy, social environment
- Take pride in the details, the little things that make a big difference
- Bring warmth, personality and good energy to every shift
