You’ll be part of our Bars Team, helping create the atmosphere that makes a Butlin’s break so special.
But here’s the exciting bit…
You won’t just work in one venue.
As a Team Member Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different areas of the resort, including:
- Bars – serving drinks, creating great experiences and being part of the buzz
- Accommodation – helping make sure our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive with outstanding clean rooms

You’ll get to meet different teams, work in different environments and build a whole host of new skills, making every shift feel a little different.

This role is a brilliant opportunity to become a true Butlin’s Legend and support the guest journey every step of the way.
You’ll gain experience across different areas of the resort, discover what you love doing and develop skills that can open doors to future opportunities, both within the Bars Team and across Butlin’s.
You’ll also be surrounded by a supportive team who’ll help you get stuck in, build your confidence and have plenty of fun along the way.
