Job Title: Team Member – Restaurant
Location: Jarrolds Letheringsett
Hours: Zero hours
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Team Member to join our friendly team at Jarrolds Letheringsett. This is a mixed role working across both the front of house in our restaurant and within our retail shop, including the deli counter and till operations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality or retail who is keen to broaden their skillset and enjoys working in a varied, customer-facing environment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Restaurant (Front of House)
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service
- Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering great customer service
- Flexibility to work across both the restaurant and shop as needed
