Bakery Team Member

Function: Manufacturing

Contract: Fixed-Term 6 months

Hours: 4 on 4 off days and nights rotating

Location: Stockton

Salary: £663.00 per week

Essential Ingredients

  • Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern starting at 1800 to 0600
  • Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
  • A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
  • Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
  • Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with innovative bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.

Our Stockton bakery, based in the North East has recently seen an investment of over £18 million pounds in our manufacturing operations creating a new thin bagel line! So with state of the art machinery and a team of over 100 strong, we’re ensuring that our quality freshly baked products are the very best quality and ready for delivery across the UK!
