Elevator Pitch: The Job

As Team Operations Lead, you'll be the person who keeps the Runway East team running - owning our company rhythm and employee experience.

From the rhythm of goals and comms that keeps our fast-growing company on track, to how we hire, onboard and support our team, this role is perfect for an experienced Operations professional who is comfortable both executing and thinking strategically.

This role is open to part-time candidates. You'll need to be in our Tottenham Court Road office and on site regularly - this isn't a remote role - but we can be flexible to candidates requirements.

What you'll be doing?:

  • Own recruitment start to finish - and how Runway East shows up to talent
  • Make onboarding the kind people actually remember well
  • Run our culture - Culture Squad, social committee, and beyond
  • Own the goals process that sets the pace for the whole company
  • Drive our performance and feedback rhythm
  • Be the person managers call when people stuff gets hard
  • Keep the People engine running - policies, perks, benefits, process
  • Report straight into leadership - a seat at the table
