Lloyd’s is the world’s leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace, bringing together the world’s leading risk takers to advance global progress.

Our strategy is focused on delivering strong underwriting performance, operating an efficient and flexible marketplace, and maximising the capital advantage of the Lloyd’s market — while continuing to build a Lloyd’s we are proud of.

How we deliver this, matters. We take the risk, make things happen, and own the outcome — working together across our global network to turn insight into impact.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Team Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across the People leadership team. You’ll bring structure to busy schedules, keep priorities moving and build trusted relationships across Lloyd’s and the wider market.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage busy inboxes and diaries, prioritising internal, external and market-facing commitments.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and presentations, including agendas, content, venues and logistics.
  • Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to drive work through to completion.
  • Build effective relationships with senior colleagues, support teams and market contacts.
  • Organise UK and international travel, where required.
  • Prepare expenses, raise purchase orders and requisitions through Workday.
  • Monitor invoices, expenditure and budgets across relevant cost centres.
  • Manage team channels and email distribution lists.
  • Provide meeting support, including agendas, minutes, actions and follow-ups.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and sound judgement.
  • Support the wider People leadership team and deputise for the Executive PA when needed.
  • Take ownership of specific projects and pieces of work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
