A friendly and welcoming firm of consultants are looking for a super easy going, down to earth and well skilled Team Secretary to support their team up to Partner Level.
A busy and varied role where you will work in a small, close-knit team. They are looking for someone with a good sense of humour, strong work ethic, and the ability to really muck in, with no job being too small.

- Providing proactive administrative and PA support to the Partners, including complex diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and client documentation, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedules.
- Supporting client onboarding and compliance processes.
- Assisting with billing and financial administration.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating team training.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an efficient, professional, and confidential support service.
