Team Secretary – Building Consultancy
London Bridge | Hybrid working
An established and growing consultancy is looking for a capable and highly organised Team Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to its busy professional team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping things organised, communicates confidently and can manage several priorities at once. The position is based in London Bridge, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
Key responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the wider team
- Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
- Preparing and formatting reports, presentations and correspondence
- Proofreading documents and ensuring a consistently professional standard
- Organising travel and accommodation when required
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and databases
- Assisting with client communications and general enquiries
- Supporting projects and helping the team meet important deadlines
- Providing occasional administrative support to senior management
- Assisting with general office administration

About you
- Proven secretarial, team assistant or administrative experience
- Ideally degree educated or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of ability
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional, dependable and comfortable handling confidential information
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Comfortable supporting several colleagues and managing competing priorities
- Experience within property, construction or professional services would be helpful, although it is not essential
