We currently have a vacancy for 26 hours
£14.45 per hour
A combination of 8am-3pm and 3pm- 10pm shifts
We are Belong, and we are looking for you! We deliver exceptional care in our Village community styled home. We have Households with an average of twelve residents living in each; we are a committed team who provide the exceptional person centred care to enrich our resident’s lives putting them at the heart of everything we do.
It’s all about offering support for life within a vibrant community, where care can be provided but an individual’s needs and lifestyle can continue to be enjoyed. A place we call ‘home’ and relationships between our customers and support workers blossom. Our staff, customers and families work together to create purpose and meaning to the day where there is a feeling of security and experience, a sense of Belonging.
The role
You will be providing support to our residents ensuring that Belongs high standards of care and values are upheld in everything we do. Encouraging independence to customers with everyday living skills, whilst retaining a duty of care for their wellbeing

About You
You will need to be friendly and enthusiastic, prepared to experiment and find different ways of doing things and always be professional.

Our service is seven days a week therefore you will need to be flexible in this role.
