Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services is seeking a confident and organised Team Supervisor to lead our Operations Room Administrators. This is a key role supporting the safe and effective delivery of military training across at West Tofts Camp. You’ll guide a team working in a fast‑paced 24/7 environment where every decision contributes directly to operational safety and readiness. Role Details
- Salary: £34,501 + £1,127.50 Weekend working allowance
- Location: West Tofts Camp
- Days of work: Between Monday & Sunday
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Shifts run between: 07:30 – 23:30
- Night Shifts: On occasion, coverage for night shifts may be required from 19:00 – 07:00. In such cases overtime will be compensated at 1.5 times the regular rate or as TOIL. Notice will be provided.

We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations by supervising Operations Room Administrators and ensuring consistent performance across all shifts
- Maintain operational safety by overseeing compliance with training area regulations and procedures
- Coordinate incident response and support Administrators during live incidents and escalations
- Monitor communications including radio networks, telephony and digital systems
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping across operational logs, mapping tools and administrative systems
- Support workforce planning including rota management, on‑call arrangements and resource allocation
- Develop team capability through coaching, feedback and maintaining high professional standards
- Liaise with military customers, DIO representatives and internal Landmarc teams to ensure seamless delivery

Essential
What We’re Looking For
- Proven people management experience with strong leadership techniques
- Excellent communication skills with confidence liaising with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make confident decisions
- Proficient IT capability including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a compliant operational environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support staff across all shifts
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Understanding of military protocols including mapping, communications and operational procedures
- Operational awareness ideally gained in Emergency Services, Military or similar settings
