The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Team Supervisor to lead and support a team of Senior Recruitment Administrators within our Recruitment Service. In this role, you'll help deliver a high-quality, efficient onboarding service while ensuring workloads are managed effectively and customer needs are met. Reporting to the Team Manager, you'll play a key role in developing team capability, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining excellent service standards across recruitment onboarding activities.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support a team of Senior Recruitment Administrators, ensuring onboarding activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with agreed service standards.
  • Coordinate workloads, provide coaching and performance support, and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day operational matters.
  • Work closely with colleagues to help drive continuous improvement, maintain high levels of quality and customer service, and ensure the team has the knowledge, skills, and support needed to deliver excellent outcomes.
