Tesco Team Support pay starts at £15.14 per hour, rising to £16.41 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering thoughtful, consistent customer service and setting a strong example for the team
  • Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best
  • Communicating clearly through a variety of methods to keep the team informed and aligned
  • Confidently leading the team in the Manager’s absence
  • Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change
  • Motivating and inspiring colleagues to exceed expectations
  • Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day
