Geef jij binnenkort leiding aan ons grote en diverse team aan productiemedewerkers?
Als teamleider (voorman) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van het hele productieproces. Je geeft leiding aan productiemedewerkers en zorgt voor overzicht en structuur. Dankzij jou begrijpen onze collega’s de procedures goed.
Het betreft een veelzijdige rol, waarbij geen één dag hetzelfde is. Denk aan het in- en afstellen van machines, verhelpen van storingen aan de machines en de productielijnen, uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de producten, bewaken productieplanning (je werkt nauw samen met afdeling planning).
