About the job

At Exemplify Training CIC, we deliver industry aligned tech training and education programmes designed to open career pathways for the next generation. Our mission is rooted in advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and ensuring that graduates and career changers from underrepresented backgrounds can access meaningful opportunities in cyber security, gaming, project management and AI.

We are establishing the Exemplify Tech Education Advisory Board: a group of industry leaders and voices working together to ensure our education arm reflects the real skills and competencies employers need.

Why This Board Exists

Tech is one of the fastest-growing fields, yet education often struggles to keep pace with industry demand. To close the gap between the classroom and the workplace, we are building an advisory board that will:

  • Shape curricula in partnership
  • Champion inclusion in education, helping more diverse learners access tech pathways.
  • Bridge the skills gap by aligning courses with the latest industry needs.
  • Support employability, advising on certifications, competencies, and career readiness.
  • Inspire and mentor students, guiding the next generation into tech careers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
