Tech & AI Adoption Supervisor

London | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) | Permanent | Full-Time
Occasional travel to Bath and other UK/European offices

About the Role

This is a genuine opportunity to join EIP's Tech & AI team at a real moment of change. Late last year we brought our IT function into a new Tech & AI function, and our focus now is delivering secure, responsible and people-centric AI right across the firm.

If you're genuinely excited by Artificial Intelligence and you love helping people get the best from technology, this role is made for you. You'll champion new tools — especially Microsoft Copilot and agentic solutions — support adoption initiatives across our offices, and help shape the firm's evolving AI strategy, all while staying hands-on with the troubleshooting and user support you enjoy.

Reporting to the Tech & AI Adoption Manager, you'll provide operational leadership for our front-line support function — the bridge between big-picture strategy and day-to-day delivery — and you'll deputise for your manager when needed.

What You'll Do

  • Help run the day-to-day Tech & AI Support Desk and act as the escalation point for more complex technical issues
  • Champion AI, automation and emerging technologies across the firm, and support the rollout of Microsoft Copilot and agentic solutions
  • Help colleagues apply AI tools confidently, responsibly and effectively in their everyday work
  • Spot opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, service and user experience
  • Support pilots, testing and the rollout of new technology
  • Create clear, practical user guides, knowledge articles and learning materials
  • Coach and support colleagues, and help develop new members of the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
