The Tech Centers’ mission is to enable Global Technology (GT) strategic outcomes across all regions through localized leadership and a community-driven culture.
As a Tech Center Associate (VP Level), you will help plan and execute local programs, events, and initiatives that strengthen our technology community, drive operational excellence, and amplify the TC’s impact. - Coordinate leadership and program forums: create agendas, prepare materials, drive follow-ups, and track actions to closure.
- Maintain the TC operating cadence and calendar; sequence events and milestones to avoid overlap and optimize participation.
- Monitor key location metrics and surface data-driven opportunities to advance the TC strategy.
- Partner with the Tech Center Manager/Lead and pillar leads to craft compelling presentations and leadership updates (e.g., new program proposals, progress updates, outcomes and impact).
- Plan and deliver communications for local initiatives, programs, and events across channels; ensure timely, consistent, and audience-appropriate messaging.
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment and manage participant engagement for events and initiatives, ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics.
- Track and manage local budgets in partnership with the Tech Center Manager; support forecasting, spend tracking, and financial reviews.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve issues and conflicts across initiatives; evaluate options and support implementation of agreed solutions.
- Standardize templates, processes, and artifacts to improve consistency and repeatability across programs and pillars.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
