The opportunity
We are looking for experienced professionals (Consultant to Manager level) with experience and interest in IT audit (in the context of internal or external audit), information security management, cyber transformation, data privacy/protection and other related competencies to join our team. You will be part of our Technology Consulting team helping clients across industries in Mauritius and internationally.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support in the delivery of projects in line with EY's methodologies and tools
- Collaborate effectively with clients' personnel and maintain professional relationships
- Support and/or lead cross-functional, cross competency and cross-geography teams within EY and clients
- Support and/or lead in the preparation of reports including presentations to clients
- Support and/or lead the management of projects across their lifecycle
- Maintain expertise through continuous learning and certification
- Support in other cognate duties

- Taking a proactive approach in learning and working with other team members within stipulated timeline along with understanding the work quality expectations
- Working independently
- Mastering the relevant EY's methodologies and internationally recognised practices/standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 27701, COBIT, NIST, ISO 22301, SWIFT CSP)
- Keeping abreast of emerging topics
- Maintaining good project management practices, organizational skills, and work ethics
- Having effective communication skills, inspiring teamwork, and responsibility with other team members

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- 2-6 years of experience working in IT audit (in the context of internal or external audit), information security management, cyber transformation, data privacy/protection and other related competencies. Level will be commensurate with the extent of experience.
- Undergraduate or master's degree in information technology disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity etc. STEM degrees will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and French.
- Enthusiast and professionally striving towards technology subjects.
- Be willing to invest on achieving a high calibre professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or other comparable certifications within an agreed and reasonable timeframe (if not already certified).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to travel depending on client requirements.
