As our new Tech Engagement & Communications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the connection between Technology and the wider business. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and operational stakeholders, you’ll ensure business needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable insight, and supported through effective engagement and communication.
Your work will help surface operational challenges, drive meaningful improvements, and ensure the right conversations, actions and outcomes happen at the right time — ultimately enhancing customer experience, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Tech Engagement & Communications Specialist, you will:
- Act as the link between Technology and the business, building strong relationships and bringing teams together to identify challenges and opportunities. You’ll turn insights into clear, prioritised actions, helping to resolve pain points, to deliver value and enhance how Technology supports the business. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering Technology communications — creating clear, engaging content, evolving how we communicate, and using engagement data and insights to continuously improve reach, understanding and impact — helping colleagues stay informed and connected to Technology.
- Build and maintain effective relationships as the link between Technology and the business, ensuring clear and consistent engagement
- Facilitate structured sessions to surface challenges, risks and opportunities, translating these into prioritised actions and outcomes
- Maintain clear visibility of actions and progress, ensuring updates are communicated and momentum is sustained through to delivery
- Create and deliver clear, engaging Technology communications across a range of channels, tailored to different audiences
- Analyse communication performance and stakeholder feedback, using insights to refine and improve content, channels and approach
- Support the evolution of Technology communications by introducing new ideas and approaches to increase engagement and effectiveness

What You’ll Have
- Experience working in a business-facing Technology or change environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships at all levels
- Experience facilitating workshops, meetings or engagement sessions to gather insight and drive outcomes
- The ability to identify operational challenges and contribute to practical, value-focused improvements
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to track actions, manage priorities and ensure delivery of outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, structured approach with strong attention to detail
