Job Purpose
This role is dedicated exclusively to Creative Automation—using technology to produce creative assets at scale. You will manage automation campaigns end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, quality, and best practices throughout.
You don’t need direct experience in Creative Automation, but we’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, technically minded, and eager to experiment—someone who sees automation as an opportunity to transform creative production.
We’re looking for candidates who thrive in problem-solving, process optimisation, and structured thinking, with a strong interest in automation and its potential to reshape creative workflows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage multiple Creative Automation projects simultaneously, from briefing through to final delivery from design, feed setup, testing, automation production, quality control, and final delivery.
- Develop accurate project budgets, timing plans, and resource allocations to keep projects on track.
- Consult on creative development to ensure automation feasibility.
- Identify risks early and proactively manage them, ensuring seamless execution.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Support account planners and clients on automation-specific discussions, helping them understand workflows and best practices.
- Identify workflow improvements and contribute to continuous optimisation of automation processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.
At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.
AI Disclosure: At DEPT®, we use AI-assisted technology (Metaview) to capture notes and summarize interview conversations, so our interviewers can stay fully focused. Using the AI is optional, just let us know if you’d prefer it not be used.
