🚀 Senior Technical Lead – Sitecore | UK
Salary - Up to £110k (DOE)
I'm currently partnering with a leading digital consultancy looking for a Senior Technical Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Sitecore solutions.
🔹 The role:
- Lead technical architecture across Sitecore XM Cloud, XP, XM, and Sitecore AI
- Own solution design, technical standards, and delivery quality
- Mentor and develop engineering teams
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Support discovery, estimation, planning, and technical roadmaps
- Drive integrations with CRM, CDP, DAM, search, and marketing platforms

💡 What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of Sitecore development experience
- Strong expertise in XM Cloud, Headless, JSS, and SXA
- Solid.NET/C#, React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Experience with Azure/AWS and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar

- Sitecore MVP status
- Consultancy or agency experience
- Experience with Sitecore CDP, Personalize, Search, Content Hub, or Send
