About the Role

You'll be the person colleagues turn to when something isn't working, they need access to a tool, or they're getting set up for their first day.

Day-to-day support will be the core of your role. Alongside helping people get unstuck, you'll spot recurring problems and improve the systems behind them, making our systems easier to use and manage as we grow.

There’s room to shape the role around your strengths. If you enjoy scripting, building internal tools, or improving how our systems fit together, there’s plenty of opportunity to apply those skills. Your first priority will be making sure colleagues get great day-to-day support, with scope to take on larger technical projects as the function grows.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal support questions in Slack and in person.
  • Deliver laptop onboarding sessions for new joiners and ensure they have all the hardware and accounts they need.
  • Manage our macOS and Windows devices using Fleet.
  • Administer Google Workspace and our other SaaS tools, managing accounts, permissions, and licenses.
  • Maintain our office IT hardware across our London and SF offices.
  • Make repeat tasks simpler through automation, sensible defaults, and clear documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the Opportunity

We are living in the most exciting time for tool builders since Engelbart's demo in 1968. We want to assemble the best crew to build this future together, here in London. Our compensation philosophy is to pay slightly above market on salary and above market on equity.

We do our best work in person, and so our team spends time together five days per week in our new, bright, and spacious office at Old Street. We are happy to offer relocation assistance to candidates who'll be moving to London to join us.

Lastly, we think amazing talent comes from all kinds of life journeys and experiences. If what is written above speaks to you, whether you look like a fit on paper or not, please reach out.
