About the Role

Here at Mindera, we are building a world-class team and would love for you to join us. As a Senior Technical Product Owner (Tech PO) with a strong technical background, you will use your experience with Agile methodologies and your deep understanding of the SDLC to lead an ambitious, fast-paced team building the necessary AI tools to drive the company's business growth.

We are looking for a Tech PO who deeply understands how this modern AI technology works under the hood. Working closely with both development and business stakeholders, you will act as a crucial bridge between our engineers and the business domain. You will manage complex cross-stream dependencies, guarantee constant progress and alignment throughout the product lifecycle, and seamlessly translate requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role requires 2 days a week onsite in central London.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams.
  • Proven track record of management skills in areas such as conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
  • A software engineering background with the ability to comfortably speak in technical jargon and confidently navigate discussions around modern AI architectures, LLMs, API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where workstream milestones are short and priority scopes can change.
  • Proven ability to analyse product use cases and requirements from all points of the SDLC, including the architecture, development, testing, and deployment phases (Note: you will not be required to provide architectural or coding solutions, but you must be comfortable participating in discussions about these topics and influencing and providing input from a business and client requirements standpoint).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical people, and business value for technical teams.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams.
  • Experience with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience managing complex technical and delivery dependencies between multiple internal engineering streams and external company teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Oversee the technical integration points between different AI initiatives and coordinate effectively with external domain teams.
