Technology Recruiter Opportunity
We're recruiting for a Technology Recruiter to join a highly regarded banking and financial services organisation on an initial 12-month day rate contract.
- Location: London based - 5 days onsite
- Rate: £300 - £400 per day
This is an exciting opportunity to support large-scale technology hiring programmes while partnering with senior stakeholders across a business investing heavily in digital transformation, data and engineering capabilities.
Working as part of an established Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring top technology talent across a range of specialist areas. This position offers excellent exposure to strategic hiring initiatives and is ideal for someone looking to develop into a broader 360 recruitment role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology vacancies.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and market conditions.
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality technology professionals through multiple channels.
- Building talent pipelines across key skill areas.
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Providing market insights, talent intelligence and recruitment updates to stakeholders.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer stage.
- Supporting wider talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 2-6 years' recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
- Experience hiring within technology functions.
- Proven track record recruiting within one or more of the following areas:
- Software Engineering
- Product
- Data & Analytics
- Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, driven and commercially minded approach.
- Desire to develop into a broader Talent Acquisition and 360 recruitment role.
