Tech Recruiter x2 @ djr
£28K basic + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Kingston upon Thames
Office x4 days | WFH every Friday
We’re hiring TWO.
djr is growing AGAIN and we’re looking for 2 ambitious Tech Recruiters to join us at our Kingston HQ.
We’re not trying to build another recruitment business.
We’re building one of the UK’s most respected technology partners, helping organisations build capability across Product Engineering, Data & AI, Business Applications and Change & Transformation. Sometimes that means finding one exceptional person. Sometimes it means building an entire team. Sometimes it means taking ownership of an outcome and helping deliver it.
That’s where djr is going. And we want people who want to grow with us.
And when we say grow, we mean it. There is a direct and proven route here to building and managing your own team We only EVER promote from within. We know the model works. And there are zero speed cameras. If you’re good enough, you move. We’re not going to make you wait three years for a promotion because a company handbook says so.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The role
This is full 360 tech recruitment. You’ll learn how to build your own market, find brilliant people, win clients, develop relationships with senior technology leaders and run your desk like your own business. You’ll work directly alongside our Founder and Heads of Permanent and Contract Recruitment and get access to some seriously good AI, sourcing and recruitment technology. Ultimately, the job is pretty simple: Know your market. Know the best people in it. Know who needs them. Put the two together. We’ll teach you everything else.
Who are we looking for?
You might already be in recruitment. You might come from sales. You might have no recruitment experience at all. What matters is attitude, energy, curiosity, commercial drive and ambition. We want people who pick up the phone, ask questions, want responsibility, want to earn well and want to become seriously good at what they do.
