Job Details
Job Title: Tech Specialist.
Location: Reading, UK
Salary Range: GBP 65K-75K PA
Requirements
- Having 7 to 10 Years experience in IT Industry
- 5+ years in Appian.
- 4-5 years of experience in development of enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack.
- 2+ years of experience in designing BPM applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of developers.
- Experience in developing on J2EE platforms, .Net platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Good logical and analytical reasoning ability.
- Experienced in removing technical and delivery impediments through feasibility assessments, solution evaluations, and fit-for-purpose architectural recommendations.
- Engage with business stakeholders at an early stage to understand requirements, define solution approaches, establish architectural guidance, and create initial solution frameworks for development teams to adopt and deliver.
- Experienced as primary technical authority for delivery planning, making strategic decisions on sprint commitments and priorities in collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders, ensuring realistic and sustainable delivery outcomes.
- Good team player.
- Fluent English communication and social skills to interact with a global customer base.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Working knowledge of Networks and OS platforms (Windows, Linux).
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Appian Level 2 Certification is mandatory.
