About the Role
We want to become more efficient and environmentally friendly by setting up all our paperwork for staff and residents to sign digitally, reducing the need to print.
What Difference Will You Make?
This will streamline our referral and acceptance process for women and children coming into refuge, improving our efficiency as signed documents will not need to be scanned and then uploaded to our database but can be uploaded directly into each woman's records.
This project will also support our environmental aims to reduce paper use and reduce printing.
What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for someone who is confident using Adobe Express and can help us introduce and embed it across our organisation, particularly for creating and signing documents.

The most important thing is that you’re patient, practical, and able to explain things clearly to people with different levels of digital confidence. You’ll help us set up useful templates and processes, support staff to use Adobe Express effectively, and make sure it becomes a straightforward part of our day-to-day work.
Experience using Adobe Express or similar Adobe tools would be helpful, particularly for creating professional documents, templates, and digital resources. Experience supporting others with digital systems or delivering basic training would also be valuable.

You don’t need to have worked in the charity sector, but an understanding of confidentiality and working sensitively with information would be important. Most of all, we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others build their confidence with technology and can work collaboratively with our team.

What Will You Be Doing?
We need support to digitise our documents and forms that need to be signed in a way that enables us to sign them digitally. We also need to distribute Adobe Express Not-for-Profit licences across our team of less than 20 staff and get them set up to be able to use the sign software in Adobe.
