Role Summary
Due to strategic growth initiatives and ongoing project demands, Our Client is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect on a contract basis. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions, significantly impacting client operational capabilities. It offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead architecture design, influence project directions, and work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable ServiceNow architectures aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, integration strategies, and custom development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure technical quality and standards are maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support and mentor junior team members and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Document architectural designs and technical specifications for use across projects.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting technical solutions and progress updates effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect or similar senior technical role, with extensive hands-on experience in designing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of Telecoms modules including TSM TSOM within ServiceNow.
- Experience with integrations, scripting, and custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable experience leading technical projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or Certified Application Developer.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools.
- Previous experience working within Agile environments.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
