Company Description

Arouda Group is a multidisciplinary organization building ventures at the intersection of education, publishing, technology, sustainability, and finance. Role Description

The Technical Sales/Marketing Specialist is a contract, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility for some work from home. This role supports the growth of Arouda’s digital tools and educational ventures by identifying prospective clients and partners, presenting solutions, and nurturing relationships.

  • Conducting market and user research
  • Preparing sales proposals and presentations
  • Coordinating product demonstrations
  • Responding to inbound inquiries
  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Contributing to content and messaging across channels
  • Tracking performance metrics to refine approaches

Collaboration with product, design, and editorial teams is expected to ensure sales and marketing efforts accurately reflect product capabilities and the organization’s educational and sustainability-focused mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical sales and business development skills, including prospecting, client communication, and proposal preparation.
  • Marketing capabilities such as campaign planning, digital channel management, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
  • Experience working with technology, digital products, or educational tools, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating clear presentations, sales materials, and marketing copy.
  • Ability to conduct structured market, competitor, and customer research to inform sales strategies and positioning.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Greater London, with strong self-management and collaboration skills for remote and in-person work.
  • Knowledge or interest in finance, education, sustainability, or socially responsible investment is highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital products sales or marketing role and a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience are advantageous.
