What You Will Do
- Collaborate with software and design teams to transform creative visions into technically accurate, optimised 3D models.
- Create real-time animation-ready models and deliver polished visual renders for various applications.
- Use tools such as Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, and Unreal Engine to craft high-quality 3D assets.
- Apply UV mapping, texture creation, and shader development to ensure visual excellence.
- Troubleshoot file formats like glTF and optimise models for real-time engines.
- Produce visually stunning animations and renders that align with the company's high standards.

What You Will Bring
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, Unreal Engine, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrable experience in 3D modelling for real-time engines and rendering tools such as VRED or VRay.
- Strong skills in UV mapping, texture creation, shader development, and 3D animation.
- A solid understanding of game engine fundamentals and system limitations.
- A high-quality portfolio showcasing your expertise, creativity, and technical skills.
