Lyst is a global fashion shopping platform founded in London in 2010 and catering to over 160M shoppers per year. We offer our customers the largest assortment of premium and luxury fashion products in one place, curating pieces from 27,000 of the world's leading brands and stores. In 2025, Lyst joined Zozo, operators of Zozotown, the leading fashion e-commerce platform in Japan. This partnership marks a bold new era for Lyst, as we accelerate our vision and work together to transform the future of fashion shopping through AI and technology.
At Lyst, we obsess over the customer, providing a search and discovery experience which offers inspiration, fulfillment, and personalization. We believe that fashion is amazing but shopping for fashion often isn't, and we use our technology, data and creativity to bring more joy, greater choice and fewer fails. Our mission is to help fashion shoppers make better decisions and help fashion partners find better audiences as the category-leading destination for every fashion shopper.
We are looking for a dedicated and Technical Team Lead to oversee our feed operations and integrations team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind team performance, agile sprint management, and the seamless technical execution of partner data feeds. You will balance people management with hands-on technical problem-solving, ensuring our platform runs smoothly and our cross-functional partners are supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Agile Delivery
- Champion team growth and operational efficiency. This involves guiding your team through daily technical challenges, conducting weekly 1-to-1s, and delivering annual performance reviews.
- Operationally, you will own the team's workflow by triaging incoming Jira tickets, running bi-weekly Agile sprints, and leading Monday standups to align the team on weekly priorities.
Technical Operations & Strategic Migrations
- Drive our technical feed strategy. Lead critical data feed migrations—both moving between networks and transitioning working integrations to new systems—with the ultimate goal of decommissioning legacy technology.
- Oversee the proactive monitoring, maintenance, and repair of our active data feeds.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partner Management
- Serve as the technical anchor for multiple business units. This includes executing partner integrations for Performance Marketing, providing technical health checks for Account Managers, and resolving escalations from Customer Care and Legal.
- Manage the full technical lifecycle of our partners (including disabling closed programs) and liaise directly with external feed providers and engineering teams to resolve complex ad-hoc issues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
