Technical Account Manager – Facilities Management
Milton Keynes | Up to £70,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join a leading Facilities Management provider, overseeing the delivery of hard FM services across a prestigious automotive headquarters and innovation campus in Milton Keynes.
This Technical Account Manager will lead the operational delivery of a brand-new contract, managing a £2 million P&L while providing technical leadership, commercial oversight and exceptional client service. Predominantly based at the client's head office, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships, lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure the highest standards of compliance, safety and service delivery.

The successful Technical Account Manager will have a strong technical background, ideally with an electrical bias and LVAP experience, alongside proven experience managing budgets, P&L, KPIs and large hard FM contracts within the Facilities Management sector. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the mobilisation and long-term success of a flagship Facilities Management contract in Milton Keynes.
Requirements
- Electrical bias with recognised technical qualifications
- LVAP experience highly desirable
- Previous Account Manager, Contract Manager or Senior Technical Manager experience
- Proven P&L and budget management experience
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- IOSH qualification or equivalent
- Commercial building services or hard FM background
