🚀 The Adventure Ahead

As a Technical Account Manager, you’re the trusted technical engine behind our enterprise customers' greatest learning transformations! You will embed yourself as an essential strategic partner, bridging high-level customer business goals with Docebo’s cutting-edge platform capabilities. In this role, you won't just solve problems—you'll architect long-term technical strategies, pilot innovative solutions, and ensure our customers unlock maximum value to become partners for life.

⚡ The Day-to-Day

  • Architect the Future: Translate customer business and eLearning goals into long-term, scalable technical strategies using Docebo’s robust feature set.
  • Own the Technical Relationship: Take full technical and product ownership of your assigned enterprise accounts while collaborating closely with Account Teams on commercial growth.
  • Serve as the Trusted Advisor: Guide executive and technical stakeholders through platform innovations, API integrations, and AI-assisted workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Proactively Protect Platform Health: Monitor technical performance metrics—like API usage and login trends—to catch and mitigate potential risks long before they hit platform stability.
  • Lead Executive Technical Reviews: Deliver high-impact performance presentations on SLAs directly to customer leadership and champion customer feedback internally to Docebo teams.
  • Drive Systemic Platform Improvements: Partner with Premium Advisors and internal resources to analyze support case patterns, run proof-of-concept pilot projects, and streamline overall platform health.

💪 Your Superpowers

  • Enterprise SaaS Expertise: Bring 5+ years of SaaS technical troubleshooting and 2+ years of enterprise/large account management experience.
  • Integration & Auth Mastery: Hold a solid foundation in back-end practices, RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and front-end essentials like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Data & Middleware Savvy: Possess hands-on skills in at least two key areas: iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier), SQL queries, or data warehousing/BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Executive Translator: Master the art of taking complex, highly technical concepts and translating them into simple, high-value business conversations for executive decision-makers.
  • Global Flexibility & Travel: Ready to support EMEA regional time zones and comfortable traveling internationally up to 25% of the time.
  • Project Management Mindset: Bring proactive ownership, analytical decision-making, and experience forecasting product release impacts or advising on AI/automation integrations.

  • Cloud Certified: Possess an active AWS Product Certification.
  • Domain Experience: Background in the e-Learning, Learning Management (LMS), or Human Capital Management (HCM) industries.
  • Scalability Specialist: Direct experience consulting on platform performance, high availability, uptime, and enterprise scalability.
