Self Service Technical Account Manager - Client Services (UK & INTL)

We are seeking a technically strong and client-focused Technical Account Manager to support advertisers and agencies using our platform directly across the UK and International markets. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for day-to-day campaign operations and platform support, working closely with the Self-Serve Lead to drive adoption, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outstanding client outcomes through our DSP.

You’ll own a portfolio of self-serve clients and work hands-on within the platform daily, providing technical guidance, optimisation support, and consultative partnership. As you develop in the role, there is opportunity to informally support and mentor newer team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of self-serve clients across the UK and international markets.
  • Provide technical support and consultative guidance to clients on DSP campaign setup, pacing, targeting, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Onboard new self-serve clients onto the Blis DSP, delivering enablement sessions and training to ensure platform confidence from day one.
  • Monitor campaign performance directly within Blis DSP and proactively surface insights, flag issues, and recommend optimisations.
  • Contribute to post-campaign analyses (PCAs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients, in partnership with the Self-Serve Lead.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Ops, and Insights teams to ensure smooth campaign activation, delivery, and measurement.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally — identifying platform friction points and feeding back to Product.
  • Identify opportunities within your portfolio for deeper platform adoption, new feature usage, or channel expansion (CTV, Audio, DOOH).
  • Support pixel implementation, tagging, and basic ad tech troubleshooting across client setups.
  • Over time, informally support the onboarding and development of more junior team members.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of programmatic trends including cookieless solutions, identity, and channel innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
