Job Title
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in United Kingdom.
This is a customer-facing technical role supporting manufacturers as they adopt modern digital and AI-enabled technologies.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers turn platform capabilities into measurable operational improvements.
The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on guidance across architecture, integrations, advanced use cases, and technical enablement.
You will work closely with customer stakeholders ranging from app builders to IT and Operations leaders.
Internally, you will collaborate across Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams.
The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and ownership-driven, with opportunities to solve complex problems across global manufacturing industries.
You will also contribute to technical thought leadership, customer education, and the continued adoption of scalable digital solutions.
Accountabilities
- Partner with customers and account teams to develop and execute technical success plans that support adoption, value realization, and long-term customer outcomes.
- Advise customers on platform architecture, integrations, advanced use cases, and technical optimization opportunities.
- Lead technical conversations with a wide range of customer stakeholders, translating complex concepts into practical recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and help customers design scalable solutions using no-code technology.
- Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, platform deep-dives, and enablement activities.
- Guide customers through complex implementations and integrations while establishing appropriate technical best practices and governance.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience and support account growth.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, technical challenges, and product feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering on expansion opportunities and support renewals through technical value demonstrations.
- Stay current with platform capabilities, manufacturing technology, Industry 4.0 developments, and relevant industry trends.
- Create technical documentation, enablement materials, and thought-leadership content.
- Participate in customer advisory boards, technical user groups, industry events, and conferences as required.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Technical Account Management, or a similar position.
- At least 3 years of relevant platform delivery experience at the L4 SOLV level.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, industrial software, or digital transformation in industrial environments.
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, databases, and related technical concepts.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational challenges, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or comparable industrial platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, training, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships while collaborating effectively across internal teams.
- A collaborative, proactive, and ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% as required.
