We’re working with an established technology consultancy that is looking to add a Technical Account Manager to its client-facing team.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being close to customers, understands technology and likes getting involved in the bigger picture. You’ll work with a portfolio of clients, helping them make better use of their technology estate while coordinating closely with consultants, developers, architects and delivery teams.

The successful candidate will be comfortable having conversations with both senior business stakeholders and technical specialists. You will need have enough technical understanding to discuss CRM, data, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms and software solutions with confidence.

The opportunity

You'll become a key point of contact for a number of clients, developing relationships over the long term rather than simply managing individual projects.

Your role will involve understanding what each organisation is trying to achieve, identifying where technology can help, and ensuring the internal teams working with those customers remain focused on the right priorities.

There is also a commercial element to the position. You'll be expected to recognise where additional services or improvements could benefit a client and work alongside the wider team to develop those opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
