Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager / Technical Account Manager with a strong background in Data Engineering, Enterprise Data Platforms, and Data Transformation Programs. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise data initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and driving large-scale data integration, migration, and modernization projects.

The role requires someone who is data-centric, technically sound, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring successful execution of complex programs in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs from planning through deployment.
  • Manage large-scale Data Warehouse, ETL, Data Integration, and Data Migration projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize deliverables.
  • Drive Agile and Waterfall project execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising Data Engineers, ETL Developers, BI Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
  • Oversee enterprise data governance, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management activities.
  • Manage production support, incident management (P1/P2), disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Coordinate cloud migration and modernization projects involving enterprise data platforms.
  • Develop project plans, resource allocation strategies, effort estimation, budgeting, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Monitor KPIs, project health, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and delivery excellence.
  • Mentor technical teams and promote continuous improvement across delivery processes.
  • Work closely with business leadership to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role in the IT Consulting and Services Industry.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise data-centric projects.
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong background in Data Warehousing, ETL, Cloud, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience leading digital transformation and data modernization initiatives.
  • Ability to balance technical leadership with strategic program management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing, on-site environment.

Desirable

  • Understanding of software platforms like iPaaS, APIM, ERP, Data, AI Agents
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience supporting technically complex or solution-based customer accounts
