Technical Account Manager - MSP
We’re currently looking to source a Technical Account Manager for a growing Managed Services Provider building out their KAM team. This is an exciting time to join the client as they go through this growth period. This role offers amazing training however we are ideally looking for MSP or Tech Account Management / Sales experience.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused IT Account Manager who enjoys building trusted relationships, providing strategic technology advice and helping businesses get the maximum value from their IT and managed services.
The Role
As Technical Account Manager, you’ll act as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of managed service customers, working closely with technical, infrastructure, service desk and cyber security teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

You’ll take a proactive, consultative approach — helping customers understand their technology environment, identify risks and opportunities, and develop practical IT roadmaps aligned to their wider business objectives.
The role will include:
- Managing and developing relationships across a portfolio of managed service clients
- Acting as a trusted technology adviser to key customer stakeholders
- Leading regular customer meetings
- Developing customer technology roadmaps and identifying opportunities for modernisation
- Advising on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Cyber Security
- Reviewing service performance, recurring issues and customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for service improvements, expansion and renewal
- Supporting proposals, solution recommendations and long-term IT planning
- Promoting and advising on managed services and cyber security solutions
- Helping customers understand emerging security risks and appropriate controls

What We’re Looking For
- Experience within an MSP and Technical Account Management environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
- Experience managing customer relationships and conducting service reviews
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Experience producing proposals, recommendations and service improvement plans
- A proactive, commercially aware and consultative approach
