🔐 We’re hiring: Technical Account Manager ☁️
Want to be a trusted security adviser to enterprise customers? As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll own technical relationships with our Managed Security Service customers, helping them get maximum value from their Microsoft security investments.
🚀 What you’ll do:
- 🤝 Own and grow trusted technical relationships
- 🛡️ Advise on Microsoft 365 & Azure security
- 📊 Lead service reviews and showcase value through KPIs
- 🔍 Identify cross-service opportunities across security & consultancy
- ✅ Champion service quality and customer success
