- Document customer feedback and collaborate with R&D and Product teams to drive product improvements.
- Solution Architecture & System Design
- Complex System Design: Lead discovery sessions to translate client business and technical requirements into scalable, resilient, and optimized software monitoring architectures for live, playout, and OTT environments.
- Design Specifications: Own the design specification process for strategic accounts, creating high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documentation, architectural blueprints, and detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
- RFP & Technical Solutioning: Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to author comprehensive responses to RFPs/RFIs, crafting tailored technical solutions and defining deployment strategies.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product management, and R&D teams to align customer needs with product innovations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
