Technical Account Manager – Facilities Management
Bournemouth | £65,000 + Benefits | Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced Technical Account Manager, Contract Manager, Technical Manager, Engineering Manager or Senior Facilities Manager looking to take ownership of a prestigious corporate FM portfolio?
We're recruiting a Technical Account Manager – Facilities Management to oversee a high-profile corporate account across Bournemouth, Hitchin and Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Hard Services, Technical Services, Building Services or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background who enjoys building client relationships, leading high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional Workplace Experience.
The Role
- Manage a prestigious corporate Facilities Management portfolio across Bournemouth, Hitchin and Exeter.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead the delivery of Hard Services and support the overall FM operation.
- Drive a genuine One Team culture across the account.
- Line manage a team of 3 Engineers, alongside the Reception and Workspace teams.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery with a strong focus on customer experience and the "soft touches" that make a real difference.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, operational excellence and innovation.
- Based in Bournemouth with occasional travel to regional sites.

We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate or Building Services environments.
- A strong background in Hard Services, Technical Services, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Building Services.
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Contract Manager, Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, Facilities Manager or Senior Facilities Manager.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing people.
- Commercial awareness with a passion for service excellence and creating an outstanding workplace experience.
- A collaborative leader who can build relationships, inspire teams and deliver exceptional results.
