Technical Account Manager (Kinaxis Maestro) | Remote | €90-100K + Bonus + Full Benefits

Location: Remote (Ireland or UK-based, with occasional travel to customer sites)
Salary: €90,000 - €100,000 basic + performance bonus + full benefits package
Type: Permanent, full-time

The Opportunity

Our client is a global supply chain software leader. They are looking for an experienced Maestro specialist to act as the senior technical advisor for their most strategic enterprise customers. You will own the technical relationship, protect solution health and help customers get lasting value from their platform.

The Role

  • Act as the lead technical point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile enterprise accounts
  • Build deep knowledge of each customer's environment, processes and solution design
  • Run technical reviews to surface risks, optimisation opportunities and improvement plans
  • Investigate complex issues, carry out root cause analysis and drive them to resolution
  • Take ownership of production environment health and stability
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Product and Cloud Operations teams
  • Advise customers on best practice, platform capabilities and changing business needs
  • Feed recurring issues and product gaps back into the business
  • Help shape internal TAM standards and share knowledge across the team

About You

  • 3+ years' hands-on Maestro experience (solution authoring/development, configuration, integrations and troubleshooting)
  • 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Solution Consultant, Customer Success Engineer or similar)
  • Strong background supporting enterprise SaaS in complex customer environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading complex initiatives and working independently
  • Clear communicator, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Must have the relevant Visa for location without restrictions as there will be international travel.
