Technical Account Manager
Remote with occasional travel to Bath | £50,000 - £70,000
Nigel Frank International is working with a growing technology consultancy to appoint a Technical Account Manager to join its client delivery team.
This is a varied, client-facing role sitting between technology, delivery, and customer success. You’ll own relationships across a portfolio of CRM, data, and software clients - helping them get more value from their technology, keeping delivery teams aligned, and identifying opportunities to support their longer-term roadmap.
This is not a sales-only or technical support role. You’ll need the confidence to hold credible conversations around CRM platforms, data, integrations, APIs, cloud solutions, and software delivery, without needing to be a hands-on developer.
The role
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders across a portfolio of clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical, service, and strategic conversations.
- Work closely with consultants, developers, architects, and data specialists to ensure projects and support engagements remain aligned to client priorities.
- Run account reviews, maintain visibility of delivery, risks, dependencies, and next steps, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, commercially relevant language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support conversations around CRM architecture, data models, integrations, APIs, cloud applications, security, and data governance.
- Help shape client technology roadmaps and identify opportunities for clients to get more from their CRM, data, and technology investment.
- Contribute to proposals, statements of work, renewals, and the growth of long-term client relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
