The role: Technical Account Manager - Software | Data | Cloud
Business: Appvia.io - Cloud-native consultancy & platform provider
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £100k to £120k basic (DOE) + 30% bonus + 10% share options + benefits
Location: London - hybrid working (1+ days per week in the office and/or client site)
This isn't a traditional TAM role. You'll own strategic accounts end-to-end; executive relationships, delivery oversight, commercial growth, and ensuring clients see measurable business value from everything Appvia builds for them.

About you:
- 8+ years in software or data consulting, technical delivery leadership, or digital transformation
- Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts in a consultancy environment
- Strong grasp of modern software delivery: cloud-native, agile, APIs, solution architecture
- Solid grounding in data and AI solutions: platforms, pipelines, ML and generative AI
- Commercially sharp: you own delivery quality, margin, forecasting and account growth
- Confident at C-suite and senior stakeholder level: you can command a room and build trust fast
- A closer: you spot opportunities, shape proposals, and drive commercial conversations

Right to work: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK freely; no visa sponsorship or relocation available. SC Clearance eligibility is highly desirable. Therefore a British passport or ILR is a necessity, with a min. of 5 years UK residency + clean financial record.
