The Mission

AtScale is the semantic layer for modern data and AI. We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms, like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery, and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will serve as the senior post-sales technical leader responsible for ensuring our top enterprise customers successfully deploy, migrate, and realize sustained value. You will:

  • Technical Ownership & Production Health: Serve as the primary technical contact post-sale, monitoring system stability, performance, and scalability while proactively leading technical escalations to resolution.
  • Deployment Oversight & Strategic Guidance: Oversee complex implementations and migrations from legacy systems by providing expert advice on semantic layer design, platform strategy, and AI enablement.
  • Adoption, Value & Advocacy: Drive the usage of new capabilities and influence the product roadmap by representing field insights to our Engineering teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
