In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will:
- Draw on your consultative-problem solving skills and technical understanding to help customers successfully integrate with RTB House, and ensure that the client’s performance marketing goal is met.
- Lead the successful integration of RTB House and the client’s e-commerce websites and/or mobile applications, along with daily campaign optimization to ensure the client’s goal is achieved.

You Will:
- Manage all technical issues related to campaign launching and execution;
- Supervise the creation of advertising materials (dynamic ad banners);
- Adjust campaign parameters and test how your changes influence performance results;
- Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service;
- Propose solutions for tools and processes;
- Anticipate market shifts and technical challenges before they impact performance, delivering preemptive solutions rather than reactive fixes;
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Experience:
- About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising;
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level);
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript;
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g. Google Chrome DevTools), Google Tag Manager;
- Experience in using Google Analytics 4, MMP knowledge will be an advantage;
- Experience participating in client meetings;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good time management skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to solve problems efficiently;
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn.
