Role Overview

This role is an opportunity to be part of our dynamic marketing team and leverage your technical knowledge to become a trusted advisor to our ceramic manufacturing customers across the UK and beyond while also focusing on the business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer hands-on support on the technical aspects of our products and applications in real-world industrial settings;
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to assist in developments that meet unique customer needs;
  • Build strong relationships with customers to serve as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts, addressing customer enquiries, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions;
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate new business leads;
  • Proactively identify, target and secure new business opportunities.

Location

This role is based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

Candidate Profile

  • Dynamic, commercially driven and proactive graduate in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Ceramics or similar discipline;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently, with strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Effective problem-solving skills and meticulous eye for detail;
  • Possession of a full UK driving license with willingness and enthusiasm to travel as required by the role.
